We don't have an office inside the cruise terminals, but we make it simple to get on the road. Our Fort Lauderdale pickup at the GalleryOne Hotel (2670 E Sunrise Blvd) sits near Port Everglades, and delivery is available in select areas for both ports. For PortMiami cruisers, ask us about delivery options so your Slingshot is ready when your plans are. Just let us know your timing and location and we'll help coordinate the smoothest handoff.

Driver Criteria
Must be 21 years old or older.
Must have valid driver’s license or passport.
License and credit card used for the reservation must be presented on the rental day for verification.
DETAILS
Deposits & Fees
Booking is simple and secure. A refundable damage deposit is placed on the card used for your reservation — $150 for drivers 25 and older, with a higher hold for drivers under 25. It’s a hold, not a charge, so nothing is actually deducted from your account
Vehicle Damage
Return your Slingshot in the same great shape and the hold is released the same day — quick and hassle-free. Please remember that each driver (or paying individual) is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental, per the rental agreement.
Weather Protection
Rain in the forecast? Don’t sweat it. We highly recommend adding Sensible Weather’s Weather Guarantee at checkout — if bad weather is forecast on your rental day, you’re automatically reimbursed, with no claim forms and no hassle. It’s the smartest way to protect your South Florida adventure and ride with total peace of mind. For broader trip concerns like flight delays, travel insurance is also a great option.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- We don’t offer refunds — but we make it easy to protect your plans.
- Need to cancel? Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice and you’ll receive full credit or a gift card toward a future booking. Your credit never expires and is fully transferable — ride when the timing’s right, or pass it along to a friend.
- Since we can’t refund for bad weather, changes of plans, or unmet expectations, we strongly recommend adding Sensible Weather’s Weather Guarantee when you book. If bad weather is forecast on your rental day, you’re automatically reimbursed — so a cloudy sky never rains on your plans. And if you simply need to postpone, reach out anytime; we’re always happy to help you reschedule.
